SIPS

SIPS is designed for the administration of the Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Plans (the SIP), one of the most tax efficient of all employee share plans of any UK government.

Development

SIPS has been developed jointly by ESS (Consultants) Limited and Argeus Solutions Ltd to give you total control in the management of your SIP in-house. SIPS is also available to agents, accountants, lawyers, administrators providing a vehicle to manage multiple Share Incentive Plans for many clients.

Automation of various processes ensures accuracy.

SIPS can be used as a stand-alone system or in a local area network. Its user-friendly interface simplifies navigation.


Users & System Security

  • In a multi-user environment, SIPS allows users to login with appropriate user name and passwords.
  • Users will have unique user names and passwords.
  • Each category of users will have access only to menus accessible by that category.
  • Administrators will be able to add new users, passwords and decide what level of authority the user will have within the system. Some users will be denied access to certain areas of the software and so would not have the ability to change important data.

Reports

  • SIPS automatically creates a variety of reports for the company and employees.
  • SIPS automatically creates the Inland Revenue return at the end of the year. The software is updated annually to reflect changes in the Inland Revenue return forms.
  • Reports can be created or customised to clients' requirements.
  • Separate reports can be prepared for each participating company/division.
